About me

My name is Kristýna, I am 20 years old, and I study psychology. I have experience in childcare, and I have also volunteered in nursing homes, which has brought me many valuable experiences. I really enjoy working with seniors and have great respect for them. I am fascinated by how their life stories are full of experience and wisdom. I love listening to their stories from their youth and learning new things that I wouldn't have known otherwise.

I love movement and dance, and I try to incorporate these into my work with seniors, for example, through various physical activities or singing. I also enjoy playing board games with them, which stimulates their minds and brings joy and fun. Working with seniors is fulfilling for me because I see how a small act of help or companionship can make a big difference in their everyday lives.
