About me

My name is Hana. I'm 32 years old. I graduated from the Secondary School of Education in Prague, the Higher Professional School of Social and Legal Studies (DiS.) and Psychology with an extension in Special Education (Bc.), I am going to study for my M.Sc. I also have a Telephonic Crisis Intervention Course (from the Safety Line), a course in Cottage Crisis Intervention and a First Aid Course.
I am particularly interested in mental health care, prevention of mental health problems, crisis intervention, personal development, nature and music.
My experience with the elderly comes mainly from the Home for the Elderly in Prague 4, where I worked for 8 years as an activation worker, where I was mainly involved in musical activities (I have a 2-year course in music therapy, I play the piano and guitar, I am learning the ukulele). I also worked in a sheltered housing for mentally disadvantaged adult clients, where I worked for 1 year as their assistant (in the Duha Society).
I love seniors for their calm and often serene energy and gratitude and they are often an inspiration to me.
