About me

I am a first-year student at Charles University, Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. Since I was 15, I have been coaching children and youth of all age groups, and since January of this year, I have also been working as a strength and conditioning coach for young athletes. In my free time, I enjoy sports, being in nature, and spending time with family and friends. I have two little sisters (5 and 2), so babysitting is something I am very familiar with.
