About me
Nowadays, children and young people face huge pressure and often don’t know how to cope mentally. Bullying is also more common than it was in my school years.
I am a nutrition advisor, peer consultant, and lifestyle coach. I run workshops for children of different ages, helping them build self-worth, confidence, and healthy boundaries, and learn to talk about and manage emotions. These skills strengthen their mental resilience, prevent future issues, and bring relief if they’re already struggling.
I love working with kids — I truly connect with them and treat them as partners.
Czech, English, and biology have always been my strengths, and I enjoy helping students understand the material, feel confident, and succeed in tests and final exams.
