Because she’s seen every side of the business, she gets how childcare works from the inside out. Before joining the team, Ria spent years working as an au-pair in England and Spain. She’s handled it all, the quiet one-on-one afternoons, the busy groups and overnight stays.
But the real shift happened when she became a mom. Suddenly, all that experience took on a whole new meaning. She knows firsthand that every home is different, and her favorite part of the job is helping families find that one special person who fits every important aspect of their life.
