Simona je velmi milá dvacetiletá slečna, která studuje pedagogiku na filozofické fakultě a má blízký vztah k práci s dětmi. Zkušenosti získala především v rodině při péči o své dvě mladší sestry, ale také na táborech a v církvi, kde vedla dorost a připravovala pro děti vlastní program. Má zkušenosti s dětmi už od tří let, přičemž nejvíce jí vyhovuje práce se staršími dětmi (druhý stupeň a střední škola). Děti se snaží pochopit, respektuje jejich názory a program vždy přizpůsobuje jejich potřebám. Preferuje hlídání maximálně dvou dětí. Časově je poměrně flexibilní, zvládne přibližně dva víkendy v měsíci a nevadí jí ani hlídání přes noc.

V oblasti péče o mazlíčky má Simona široké zkušenosti a zvládne se postarat téměř o jakékoliv zvíře. Péče o zvířata je pro ni spíše potěšením než povinností, přistupuje k nim zodpovědně a s respektem. Není pro ni problém ani hlídání přes noc. Ke každému zvířeti se snaží přistupovat individuálně podle jeho potřeb a povahy.

Kromě toho se Simona věnuje také doučování a je otevřená domluvě na stylu výuky podle konkrétního studenta. Ráda doučuje především dějepis, pedagogiku, občanskou nauku/ZSV, biologii a chemii, kterou zvládá i na úrovni střední školy. Díky svému studiu i přístupu k lidem se snaží látku vysvětlovat srozumitelně, trpělivě a s ohledem na individuální potřeby studenta.

You are at the sandpit with Anna enjoying not only playing at climbing frames but also making sand cakes. Anna is sitting calmly trying to prepare a confectionery pleasure. She is holding a sifter in her hand "sugaring" the sand cake. Suddenly, a little girl approximately at the same age comes to her, takes the sifter and is going to play with it herself. Anna is really unhappy and looks as she is going to cry. How are you going to solve the situation?

You have agreed with the parents they would come back home in the evening to make their daughter fall asleep. Half an hour before they should arrive, the desperate mother is calling you she has been stuck in traffic on the highway and they will certainly not be able to arrive on time. There is going to be a serious delay and there is nobody to substitute for them. Anna is quite tired of the all-day rollicking and she is asking for her parents. How are you going to cope with the situation?
