Hey dog parents! 🐶

I’m Camelia, an Italian girl in my 30s with a big love for dogs. I work in a corporate job and spend most of my time working from home. After years of looking after my friends' dogs, I’ve started dog-sitting for others too. I also lived with a sweet Staffie named Berta for three years—she’s now in Berlin, but she still visits me sometimes, and I miss her a lot. Thanks to her, I can manage pretty well in “dog Czech”! 🐕🇨🇿

My place is super dog-friendly:

🛏️ Two dog beds
🎾 Plenty of toys
🌳 Two balconies for some fresh air
🌲 And I’m just a short walk from both Letná and Stromovka parks—perfect for daily walks!

I know how much dogs bring joy, love, and of course, help keep you fit with all those walks (I know you can relate 😉).

If you’re looking for someone to walk your dog or have them stay with me, I’d love to help out. I always meet with the owner and the dog beforehand to make sure everyone’s comfortable.

I have experience with puppies and have been dog-sitting for a long time. I've cared for Yuki, an Akita, a Labrador puppy named Winston, and recently, a French Bulldog called Blue, among many others. I also lived for several years with my friend's dog, Berta, a Staffy I’ve known for six years, and I always consider her partially mine! 😄 I'm comfortable managing a wide range of dog personalities, from high-energy pups to calm, laid-back dogs. My style is a mix of affection, but I can be firm when needed.

Growing up with three younger sisters, I’ve also developed a knack for handling chaos! I prefer to meet with the dog first to make sure we get along, and for overnight stays or longer care, I recommend a one-day trial to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What I need to know before taking care of your dog:

1. Age
2. Can they get along with other dogs?
3. Are they comfortable staying on a leash or can they be trusted off-leash?
4. Any food intolerances or allergies? (This is especially important to ensure your dog’s safety and well-being during their stay with me.)
