About me

I enjoy spending time with my grandparents – I help them around the house, we talk together, and I truly value the life stories and experiences they share with me. My connection to older people and caring for others is also reflected in my professional experience.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I worked for about a month in a senior care home, where I assisted with personal hygiene, meal preparation, cleaning, and other daily tasks. Afterwards, I spent a year and a half working as a personal assistant in social services, supporting people with various disabilities. This also involved helping with hygiene, meals, and everyday activities.
I have completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology and I am currently continuing in a follow-up master’s program. In my studies, I focus on topics related to aging, the specific needs of older adults, and ways to support them. This area has long been of interest to me, and I aim to continue developing in it – both theoretically and practically.
