Paní Michaela se chce věnovat především péči o seniory, ke kterým si našla cestu již během studia na gymnáziu. Po škole pracovala dva roky v terénním sociálním týmu v Praze, kde získala zkušenosti také s lidmi se sluchovým a zrakovým postižením a učila se znakový jazyk. O seniory pečovala nejen v rámci praxe, ale také v rodině, kdy pomáhala svým prarodičům. V posledním roce se starala o sousedku se stařeckou demencí, jejíž stav se postupně zhoršil až do imobility. Aktuálně dochází do domácnosti, kde pomáhá paní s Parkinsonovou chorobou a pánovi po mozkové mrtvici. Seniorům ráda poskytne společnost, pomůže s léky, hygienou, běžnými činnostmi i drobným úklidem. Má také znalosti první pomoci a nebrání se ani péči o imobilní klienty. Preferuje flexibilní, předem domluvenou spolupráci v centru Brna nebo Králově Poli, aby mohla péči skloubit s rodinou a třemi dětmi. Okrajově se nebrání ani hlídání dětí, péči o domácí mazlíčky či úklidu domácností, její hlavní prioritou však zůstává péče o seniory.
