“Slečna Terezka nám hlídala naše své dcery a už od prvního kontaktu byla neskutečně milá a vstřícná. Přišla ještě dříve než jsme byly domluvené, takže jsme si vše krásně stihly vysvětlit, provézt ji domácností, seznámit s holčičkami atd. Okamžitě s nimi navázala kontakt, v mojí nepřítomnosti informovala že vše probíhá v pořádku, starší dceru dokonce zabavila společným tvořením a obě zvládla bez problému uložit do postýlek a uspat než jsme dorazily. “S hlídáním syna na příměstských táborech jsme byli moc spokojení. Oceňuji především milý, trpělivý a individuální přístup. Syn někdy potřebuje více času, klidu a pochopení a bylo vidět, že paní dokázala dobře reagovat na jeho potřeby a hledat způsob, jak ho zapojit do programu tak, aby se cítil dobře a bezpečně.
Velmi si vážím také dobré komunikace a předávání informací o tom, jak den probíhal, včetně situací, které byly náročnější.
Celkově mám z hlídání velmi dobrý pocit. Paní působila zkušeně, spolehlivě a hlavně lidsky. Moc děkuji za trpělivost, péči a čas, který synovi věnovala. Určitě mohu doporučit.
