Martina je velmi empatický člověk, který chápe nejen potřeby dítěte, ale i rodičů, kteří svěřují své první dítě třetí osobě na hlídání. Velmi pečlivě si vždy vyslechne naše „pokyny“, jak s Viktorkou pracovat, aby hlídání proběhlo bez problémů. Respektuje náš přístup k dceři, který má určitě každý rodič trochu jiný. Neváhá, ale zapojit vlastní instinkt a zkušenosti pro řešení dané situace. S Viktorkou si krásně hraje i je o ni dobře postaráno.
