Nothing you do for children is ever wasted" This is my motto when it comes to childcare and how I can best introduce my childminding approach to you. I consider myself to be caring, reliable and mature whilst being extremely pro - active in my positions and passionate in engaging and looking after children. I have had the opportunity to gather more than eight years of experience caring of the diverse range of children varying in age from newborn to teen years, in roles as a child minder and a teacher at both a childcare centre and a primary school. This experience has fostered my knowledge and made me well equipped in taking care of the ever changing needs of various age groups of children. In my opinion I believe childcare to be a "mid-link" that must engage children in both a physical and emotional aspect. Children to me are like flowers, the more time and patience you exercise with them the more they flourish as they grow in to adults. My experience has enabled me to be an adept at all the different facets of childcare and have no problems in bath times or nappy changing. Personally I am a non-smoker and hold a valid driving licence, National Police Check, Working with Children Check and Senior First Aid Certificate. My references from past families and hands on experience in my career more than attest to my capabilities as a child minder and I believe to be a fantastic and suitable asset to any family.
