“Paní Svitlana pro nás pracovala jako paní na hlídání celé dva roky. Starala se o naší dceru mezi jejím třetím a pátým rokem, docházela k nám na 3 pracovní dny v týdnu. Ve chvíli, kdy jsem se odstěhovali z Prahy, již jsem hlídání nepotřebovali, ale zůstali jsem s paní Svitlanou v přátelském kontaktu.
Byli jsme s paní Svitlanou vždy velmi spokojeni. Jednak se Svitlanka chová velmi profesionálně, chodí včas, je flexibilní, o dítě je vždy prvotřídně postaráno. Dcera vždy byla při vyzvednutí najedená, upravená, připravená a hlavně také spokojená. Paní Svitlana je velmi kreativní a věnuje se dětem, vymýšlí pro ně zábavu, která je adekvátní věku ale i odpovídá zájmům. S naší dcerou hodně kreslily a vyráběly, každý den chodily ven ať už na hřiště, ale třeba i na menší výlety, například do ZOO.
Paní Svitlana vždy přistupovala k naší dcerce s respektem, s tolerancí ale zároveň si zvládla udržet autoritu. Svitlanka je velmi klidná, vlídná, empatická. Mohu jedině doporučit. ”
