Kristina has cleaned my Airbnb apartment 2 times already and I have been super satisfied with her service. She is always in time and reliable. The apartment was perfectly tidy and clean. The communication is easy and helpful. She always answers my messages. Although I did not ask her to do so, she informed me when supplies were about to get empty or were missing. Whenever she saw something damaged or out of order, she took photos and let me know. This is very helpful since I am unable to check the apartment on my own regularly. She even offered to take missing supplies from the shop by herself which helped me a lot. All in all, she does much more than what is required. She is aware of my needs as an Airbnb host with the effect that I can to provide exzellent service to my guests and she even takes over some tasks of administration. Very grateful for this cooperation🙏🏻 Of course, I recommend her service to everyone and hope she will continue to work with me on a long-term basis☺️
