About me

Hello,my name is Michaela, I’m 26 years old and I live in Letná. I really enjoy spending time with children and have experience with childcare from a young age – I used to help take care of my younger brother, whom I have been looking after since I was 11.

During high school, I completed a professional internship at a kindergarten in a small village where I grew up (and where I actually went to preschool myself 😊). This experience gave me valuable insight into working with young children and the everyday routine of a preschool environment.

I come from a village in the foothills of the Krkonoše Mountains, where I grew up surrounded by animals, so I’m also very comfortable with pets. I speak fluent English and have a basic knowledge (A2 level) of German and Italian. I also spent half a year in Italy on an Erasmus study stay.

I offer occasional babysitting, mainly in the afternoons (from 4:30 p.m.) and evenings. Weekend babysitting is also possible upon prior agreement. Since I live in Letná and work in the city center, I prefer babysitting in Prague 1, 6, 7, or Karlín.

I approach children with patience, calmness, empathy, and genuine care. It’s important to me that they feel safe, happy, and enjoy the time we spend together, while being free to learn and grow naturally.
