Hello dear families. 👋

My name is Tereza, and I have been caring for children for many years, both professionally and as a mother.

I started babysitting at the age of 17 as an au pair in Switzerland. Later, during my studies at a university in the Netherlands, I worked with families in Amsterdam and also gained valuable experience in a Montessori kindergarten, where I learned a respectful approach to children and how to support their independence.

My passion for working with children led me to further my education in order to be qualified to run my own preschool.

I currently live in the Czech Republic with my husband and have two children (15 and 10 years old), who are growing up in a Montessori environment. This approach is, therefore, close to me not only professionally but also in everyday life.

I apply the Montessori approach in my childcare – I give children space to make their own choices, support their independence, and patiently explain things to them. I respect each child’s pace and create conditions for their individual development.

I am active, patient, and empathetic. I enjoy spending time outdoors with children, doing sports, engaging in creative activities, and naturally supporting their development according to their individual needs. It is very important to me to create a calm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel comfortable and happy.

I am looking for a family with 1–2 children, ideally in the center of Prague, where I can build a long-term relationship and become a natural part of your family.
