Paní Hanna přišla na minutu přesně. Trpělivě, poctivě a efektivně nám umyla koupelnu a kuchyň, vyluxovala, vytřela a ještě vyžehlila prádlo. To vše ve 120 metrů velkém bytě za 5 hodin.
Paní Hanna chodí na kurzy češtiny a když na ní mluvíte pomalu, rozumí dobře. Když jí vysvětlíte, co má udělat, trpělivě se pustí do práce, u které přemýšlí.
