Hi! My name is Gabriela, and working with children is both my passion and something I have years of experience in. For over seven years, I have been a camp leader every summer, gradually working my way up to the position of head leader, managing the smooth operation of a camp for 80 children. In winter, I switch roles and become a ski and snowboard instructor, teaching children of all ages.

Year-round, I also work with children in a forest kindergarten, where, as a guide, I support their natural curiosity and connection to nature. Additionally, I hold a professional qualification as a Childcare Provider for children up to school age, which allows me to legally provide expert childcare.

I take a respectful approach to every child – I aim to be their guide on their journey of discovering the world and themselves. I prioritize their safety, respect their individuality and unique personality, and always strive to create an environment where they feel accepted and free to be who they truly are. Nothing makes me happier than seeing children grow, develop, and feel fulfilled.

In addition to my practical experience, I am also pursuing a degree in Social Pedagogy and Leisure Education at Masaryk University, which helps me better understand children’s needs and tailor my approach accordingly. My studies also expand my knowledge of various educational methods, both in formal education and in leisure activities.
