Slecna Manuelka se stara o meho 85 leteho tatinka jiz nekolik mesicu. Jeji pece je naprosto vzorna a profesionalni. Manuela je vzdy dochvilna, plni peclive vsechny zadane ukoly a sama prichazi s novymi napady, jak peci zpestrit a vylepsit. Je vzdy mila, privetiva a v dobre nalade. Tatinkuv zivot se diky ni rozzaril a na jeji spolecnost se vzdy tesi.

Slečna Manuela k nám dochází již nějakou dobu uklízet. Je velmi pečlivá a samostatná. Než ji stihne člověk říct co má udělat, tak zjisti, že to je dávno hotové. Navíc je usměvavá, příjemná, ochotná a příjemně komunikativní. Vřele doporučuji.

Se slečnou Manuelou jsem domluvená na pravidelném úklidu. Na dohodnutý termín přišla vždy a i včas, je tedy spolehlivá. Není problém se s ní při každé návštěvě domluvit na konkrétních úkolech, podle to, co je zrovna potřeba nejvíc uklidit. Je tedy vstřícná a ochotna přizpůsobit se potřebám klientů. Používá jak moje, tak i vlastní úklidové pomůcky. Zase záleží na individuální domluvě. Odvádí vždy precizní práci a zaměřuje se i na detaily. Pokud mám k úklidu nějakou připomínku nebo prosbu, tak stačí říct a Manuela ráda vyjde vstříc.

Manuela se oběma klukům velmi líbila. Dokázala je oba zabavit i přes 4letý věkový rozdíl mezi nimi a zachovat klid v kritické situaci (opaření ručičky). Komunikace s ní byla vždy velmi příjemná. Rádi ji zase někdy využijeme!

Byli jsme mimořádně spokojeni, pejsek je veselý a v nejlepší kondici. Venčení probíhalo minimálně 3x denně. V den odjezdu byl pejsek vykoupán. Paní i pan L. jsou velice sympatičtí lidé a pejsek se u nich cítil jako doma. Můžeme vřele doporučit. :)

Manuelu jsem si domů pozvala jako třetí paní na úklid. Jsem ráda, že jsem konečně potkala uklízečku, která uklízí pro mne dobrým tempem, ráda si vyslechne moje požadavky, a dokonce nabídne i výpomoc s čištěním/uklízením navíc (které nebylo na seznamu). Doufám, že budeme spolupracovat dlouhodobě, jelikož i můj skoro tříletý syn si ji oblíbil. Moc doporučuji.

I have experience with professional cleaning in homes. This includes regular cleaning, general cleaning after a longer period, or when moving.
As for the cleaning itself, I understand that each person has individual needs and therefore communication is important. My first work experience with cleaning was a part-time job in a cleaning agency for VIP clients. The advantage of this experience is that I learned to do cleaning in accordance with hotel standards. However, now that I negotiate with people directly, I find that each person can have slightly different ideas and therefore communication is very important, in my experience, especially during the first cleanings, when the client and I are just getting to know each other. I can meet the needs of even very tidy clients and we can certainly agree on everything. By agreement, I also iron, change bed linen, wash clothes, wash windows, or the refrigerator. However, I have also cleaned, for example, the apartments of seriously ill clients, or those of advanced age, and those where for some reason there was more mess because the user of the property did not have the capacity to do so. Basically, I have no problem with that, if it helps you, I will be happy to do it and in this regard I would say that nothing can surprise me anymore ;)
I offer long-term cooperation, I usually go to families for several years. Another thing is that we should be mutually satisfied and therefore we will see how it suits us when we really get to know each other.
