About me
I am interested in mindfulness and would like to give children a tool to improve concentration and increase their capacity in life so that they feel rested and relaxed. In this way, the child also learns more easily at school and absorbs the curriculum at school more easily. Mindfulness techniques are most often referred to as awareness or perception of the here and now. These are simple techniques that a child can easily learn and practice.
