Augusta V.

Augu has been babysitting our 10-month-old for the past 3 months, and we couldn’t be happier! She’s super reliable, always on time, and really easy to communicate with. Our little guy absolutely loves her — he’s always happy when she’s around, whether she’s reading to him, playing, or feeding him. We also love that she’s not afraid to take him outdoors and get him some fresh air. Basically, we’d recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and fun nanny!

Agu je velmi spolehliva, duveryhodna a sympaticka hlidacka. Vypomaha nam s hlidanim 3 deti ve veku 1, 5 a 6 let. Starsi deti vyzvedava ze skoly a dochazi s nimi na krouzek. S nejmladsi dcerou si hned sedla a nejradeji spolu chodi na prochazku a hriste behem ktere muze i vyvencit naseho stredne velkeho pejska. Zvladne se postarat i nemocne dite, vcetne podani leku a dohlizi na potrebny rezim. Dokaze pohlidat a i uspat vsechny 3 deti najednou coz je opravdu vyjimecne. Od prvniho setkani bylo jasne, ze ma s detmi bohate zkusenosti a behem kratke doby jsme si k ni cela rodina vybudovali hezky vztah. Je dochvilna a vzdy se snazi vyjit vstric, komunikace s ni je bezproblemova. Za vsechny cleny v rodine, i ty ctyrnohe, ji muzu jen vrele doporucit :)

I cannot recommend Augusta highly enough! My husband and I were visiting Prague from the USA on business with our 1.5 year old toddler. She took him all over Prague -- finding him parks and swimming pools that piqued his interests. He returned to the hotel each night happy and tired. He is also difficult about eating, but Augusta coaxed him into eating meals and drinking his bottles. Augusta speaks and writes excellent English and Spanish. She was highly communicative throughout our booking, sending us updates on naps, meals etc. as well as photos of our son. We were very nervous booking a nanny over the internet for our trip, but Augusta put any doubts we had to rest. When we return to Prague on business in the future, we absolutely plan on booking with Augusta.

Augusta was *wonderful* with my English-speaking three year old. She took her on outings (so many!), read to her (endlessly!), and kept her well fed and well slept. They had so much fun together. I visited Prague for a work event and needed five 8-hour days of care in a row... so I was nervous how my kid would feel about it. But my kid was immediately comfortable with her, and it turned out great. Augusta also made *me* feel more comfortable by planning outings ahead (and checking them with me), making health and safety her clear first priority, and by sending lots of text and photo updates throughout the day. During our trip, we were staying with another family with small children. Though it was arguably more work for her, Augusta played with the other kids too, particularly when they were interested in spending time with my own kid. She was also very flexible about last-minute changes in timing, and even on staying late one night. My kid and I are going to miss her. If we're ever in Prague again, I'll definitely be asking for her help!
