About me

I always try to adapt my lessons to each child. Their age, pace and what they learn at school. At the beginning I ask what the student needs the most help with and then I plan the lessons based on that. If the student has an individual learning plan or special needs, I respect it and try to follow it during our lessons.

In my lessons I use simple and playful methods such as games, pictures, easy examples from everyday life and conversation. With younger children it is important for me that learning feels relaxed and positive, not stressful.

I also focus on helping the child really understand the topic, not only remember it. Every child learns in a different way, so I try to explain things in a way that makes sense to them. My biggest motivation is seeing a child become more confident and happy when they start to understand something that was difficult before.
