I kept regular contact with Hanna, and Hanna sent me photos and videos every few days. It was fantastic to see Hanna connected rapidly with them and cared deeply for them. They are not usually trusting, and after a couple of days they were all over Hanna and looking happy. This was the best sign for me, because it meant they were safe and content. I would without a doubt recommend Hanna for care of the fur family.”

“ Bylo to pro nás poprvé, co jsme pozvali někoho cizího, aby se nám postaral o kocoura. Radka byla skvělá už od začátku, co se týče veškeré komunikace a přípravy. Měli jsme rychlou schůzku u nás doma, aby vše viděla a mohla se zeptat, a zbytek už pak probíhal také velmi hladce.
Radka nám posílala fotky, videa a krátké zprávy o tom, jak se náš kocour má. Když jsme se vrátili, byl klidný a v pohodě a vše bylo hotovo, jak jsme se domluvili. Radka odvedla skvělou práci, je to moc milá a hodná osoba, a už jsme si ji zarezervovali na další hlídání, až budeme zase cestovat.”
