Nikola was available immediately to replace another cleaning staff member who had cancelled the appointment on short-notice. Nikola even took a taxi to arrive as soon as possible at my short-term rental apartment. She has performed excellent service and left the apartment in great condition. I appreciated her flexibility and ability to understand how much important it is to get a short-term rental apartment ready for the next check-in (only a few hours later). I will be grateful to continue our cooperation.
