Úklid byl rychlý a dobrý (na ten stav ve kterém by byl). Paní dorazila s 15 minut zpožděním.
Na další domluvený úklid o 14 dní později nedorazila vůbec - přesto, že byl 3 dny předem telefonicky potvrzený. V den úklidu neodpovídala na SMS a telefon.
