Vendy vystudovala univerzitu v Plzni, konkrétně obor zdravotnický záchranář a nyní pracuje v nemocnici. V dětství navštěvovala kroužek - malý záchranář a chtěla se vždy věnovat práci záchranáře.

Od mala vyrůstala mezi pejskama, současně má svojí fenku border kolii, se kterou běhala canicross. Přes náš web už hlídala dva pejsky, jinak většinou hlídala znýmým. Vendy preferuje hlídání pejsků.

How Vendula handles everyday situations

You are about to look after 5 years old Anna from Prague. She has been going to kindergarten for a year and her mum and dad need to have a rest and go for the trip together on Saturday. You know Anna has been looked after only by her mum's sister, she would not last long for the book and enjoys any movement the most. The parents won't have any special requirements for the daily schedule leaving it completely up to you. What is your common Saturday going to look like?

Pokud bude hezké počasí, půjdeme ven na procházku, do parku, nebo lesa, můžeme hrát poznávací hry. Stavíme se na dětském hřišti, kde si budeme společně hrát. Pokud bude špatné počasí, zabavíme se doma, dělala jsem instruktorkj aerobiku ve školce, takže můžeme tančit a hrát si i doma, když má Anička ráda pohyb.

You are at the sandpit with Anna enjoying not only playing at climbing frames but also making sand cakes. Anna is sitting calmly trying to prepare a confectionery pleasure. Zeptám se holčičky, jestli se Aničky zeptala, že by se Anička možná ráda podělila a hrála si společně, ale když se nezeptá a věc, která ji nepatří prostě vezme, není to správné. Pak počkám na reakci jak Aničky, tak holčičky a podle toho vyhodnotím situaci dále. Přijde mi, že je naučit se dělit důležité, ale ne za každé situace, pokud si druhý jen neslušně bere, je dobré se v této situaci ohradit a nepřístupit na ni.

You have agreed with the parents they would come back home in the evening to make their daughter fall asleep. Když je Anička unavená, dám ji do postýlky a zkusím uspat sama. Vysvětlím, že rodiče jsou na cestě a když teď hezky usne, probudí se a už tady zase budou. Když to nepůjde, domluvím se s Aničkou, že budeme na rodiče čekat spolu a u toho si budeme číst knihu a třeba během čtení usne. Rodiče uklidním, že počkám a situaci zvládneme, hlavně ať se domů dostanou bezpečně.
