What I would like to know about the of the dog/pet

I’d be happy to take care of any dog (cat), but I’d like to know a few things in advance: what their habits are, if they have any special needs or medical conditions. I’d also like to know if they get along with other dogs (cats) and what their favorite activities are. I have no problem with any breed, but I’d like to know if the dog is well-trained and how they react to strangers.
