About me

I have enjoyed working with seniors since a young age.

I am currently studying physiotherapy at university.
As part of my studies, I have worked with seniors in various departments, ranging from rehabilitation to long-term care units.
Additionally, I have worked in a senior care home.

I often keep company with grandmothers, take them for walks, and try to communicate with them adequately to maintain their mental and physical well-being.

I have expanded my caregiving knowledge through university studies and practical experience.

I can communicate effectively with clients and their families.
I take a sensitive and empathetic approach to seniors.

Through my studies, I am equipped with knowledge of caring for individuals and basic nursing skills.

I can accompany you to a doctor’s appointment, help with shopping, household cleaning, or take care of a pet.

It is no problem to incorporate basic exercises to maintain joint mobility and strengthen muscles. Alternatively, I can offer a massage.
