Jana má k hlídání dětí velmi blízko, protože od února pracuje jako učitelka v mateřské školce a dříve působila jako asistentka u dětí na prvním stupni. Nemá sice dlouholetou praxi, ale o děti se stará ráda a přirozeně. Nabízí také doučování (čeština, angličtina i němčina) a pomoc s domácími úkoly. Nemá preferovanou věkovou skupinu, zvládne pohlídat až tři děti najednou a má zkušenosti i s dětmi s autismem nebo ADHD. Ráda si s dětmi čte, povídá si s nimi a chodí ven. Časově jí vyhovují hlavně pravidelná večerní hlídání v týdnu, ale může i o víkendech. Dokáže se přizpůsobit potřebám rodiny a zvládne komunikaci i v angličtině či němčině.

V oblasti úklidu má Jana zatím jen menší zkušenosti, absolvovala jeden klasický úklid domácnosti. Přesto je pečlivá a ochotná se přizpůsobit konkrétním požadavkům. Preferuje používání úklidových prostředků a pomůcek přímo z domácnosti klienta, aby byl zachován jeho standard a zvyklosti. Ke každé zakázce přistupuje zodpovědně a s důrazem na spolehlivost.

S péčí o seniory má Jana zkušenosti ze zahraničí. Pracovala jako pečovatelka v Německu a také jako au pair pro seniory v Anglii v letech 2004–2006. Zaměřuje se na péči o mobilní seniory, kterým může pomoci s chodem domácnosti, nákupy, doprovodem nebo trávením volného času. Nevěnuje se hygienické péči ani fyzické manipulaci, ale nabízí především podporu, společnost a praktickou pomoc v každodenním životě.

How Jana handles everyday situations

You are about to look after 5 years old Anna from Prague. She has been going to kindergarten for a year and her mum and dad need to have a rest and go for the trip together on Saturday. You know Anna has been looked after only by her mum's sister, she would not last long for the book and enjoys any movement the most. The parents won't have any special requirements for the daily schedule leaving it completely up to you. What is your common Saturday going to look like?

You are at the sandpit with Anna enjoying not only playing at climbing frames but also making sand cakes. Anna is sitting calmly trying to prepare a confectionery pleasure. She is holding a sifter in her hand "sugaring" the sand cake. Suddenly, a little girl approximately at the same age comes to her, takes the sifter and is going to play with it herself. Anna is really unhappy and looks as she is going to cry. How are you going to solve the situation?

You have agreed with the parents they would come back home in the evening to make their daughter fall asleep. Half an hour before they should arrive, the desperate mother is calling you she has been stuck in traffic on the highway and they will certainly not be able to arrive on time. There is going to be a serious delay and there is nobody to substitute for them. Anna is quite tired of the all-day rollicking and she is asking for her parents. How are you going to cope with the situation?
