About me

My name is Anna and I am a trained social worker. Two years ago, I completed a one-year course as a health and social worker at the National Center for Nursing and Non-Medical Health Professions. I am currently completing an international course in the Trauma Focus therapeutic method - CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) for the purposes of my current job. I have also established a field relief service for seniors with mental illness. They are currently working professionally as child victims of domestic violence and are currently finishing their master's degree at Charles University - Management and supervision in social and healthcare organizations. Part of my previous work was frequent visits to the homes of the elderly, where we engaged in social activation activities or conversations about life, family, past, etc. This activity was very fulfilling for me and I would like to return to it at least partially.
