She was incredibly gentle and attentive with all of them, followed all our instructions without us having to repeat anything, and kept us updated throughout with photos and videos, which gave us real peace of mind. What impressed us most was how naturally the animals warmed up to her — they're not always easy with new people, but she clearly has a natural way with them.
