“Natálie se u nás starala o našeho rok a půl starého syna a byli jsme s ní moc spokojení. Od začátku na nás působila velmi příjemně a klidně, což se krásně odráželo i v přístupu k našemu synovi, který má někdy složitější povahu. Natálie si s tím ale vždy věděla rady – bylo vidět, že má s dětmi bohaté zkušenosti, mimo jiné i díky práci au pair.
Byla vždy spolehlivá, dochvilná a výborně s námi komunikovala – posílala zprávy a fotky, díky čemuž jsme měli jistotu, že je syn v dobrých rukou.
