“Natálie se u nás starala o našeho rok a půl starého syna a byli jsme s ní moc spokojení. Od začátku na nás působila velmi příjemně a klidně, což se krásně odráželo i v přístupu k našemu synovi, který má někdy složitější povahu. Natálie si s tím ale vždy věděla rady – bylo vidět, že má s dětmi bohaté zkušenosti, mimo jiné i díky práci au pair.
Byla vždy spolehlivá, dochvilná a výborně s námi komunikovala – posílala zprávy a fotky, díky čemuž jsme měli jistotu, že je syn v dobrých rukou. Oceňujeme i to, že se synem trávila co nejvíce času venku, je velmi aktivní a dokáže děti přirozeně zapojit do smysluplných činností. Zároveň si uměla najít klid i na hraní a tvoření doma.

“Na profil Esterky jsem narazila ve chvíli, kdy jsem narychlo hledala záskok za stávající hlídačku na poslední dny školního roku. Nejprve jsem měla obavu, zda mohu své malé děti svěřit někomu, kdo sám ještě děti nemá a je sotva po maturitě (slečna navíc ani neměla zkušenost s batolaty) - to jsem totiž nikdy předtím nezkoušela ani o tom nepřemýšlela, vždy jsem hledala nějakou paní, která je už sama maminkou. Pak jsem si ale přečetla informace v jejím profilu a intuice mi nevím proč radila: zkus to. Už z prvotní komunikace a domlouvání první schůzky na mě působila velice pozitivně a důvěryhodně a líbilo se mi mimo jiné i to, že si tak jasně a (zdravě) sebevědomě jde za svým. Dala jsem tomu tedy šanci a setkali jsme se všichni na hřišti. A byla to správná volba. Udělala na mě skvělý dojem po všech stránkách - jasná a čitelná komunikace, spolehlivost, žádné zbytečné řeči, schopnost jednat a postarat se, kdyby se cokoli nečekaného přihodilo a hlavně svěží energie na moje náročné děti, které na ni už po prvních minutách reagovaly kladně (což rozhodně není samozřejmost).
Když pak došlo na první už oficiální hlídání, kdy na ně tedy byla sama, proběhlo ukázkově. Ocenila jsem, že nejen že dodržela všechny mé pokyny a instrukce, ale navíc mě informovala o všem, co se během hlídání dělo (i na to, na co jsem se ani nezeptala - to také není běžná věc).
Díky tomu, že mě slečna Ester nejen nezklamala, ale troufám si říct že přímo nadchla, začínám přehodnocovat svůj postoj a po této zkušenosti možná začnu mít k zdánlivě "nezkušeným" hlídačkám větší důvěru - Ester svým přístupem všechny "zkušené" totiž strčila do kapsy. Nyní už vím, že tyhle věci skutečně nejsou o tom, jestli je někomu 45, 26 a nebo "jen" těch 18. Tímto jí tedy ještě jednou moc děkuji a budu se moc těšit na naši další spolupráci.
