Co se týče hlídání, má respektující přístup a chová se k dítěti hezky, bere ohled na jeho potřeby, kdy potřebuje např. mámu, snaží se dítě rozvíjet, dělat zábavu a vnímat ho individuálně. Co se týče úklidu, je precizní a pracovitá a je super, že je ochotna individuálně kombinovat hlídání a úklid dle potřeby. Má širší zaměření, může pomoct i s dalšími aktivitami jako emoční odblokování, namalovat obrázek, zajímá se o zdravý životní styl a může dát různé rady i z této oblasti. Je ochotná, dochvilná a flexibilní.”
