Jak po praktické, tak po lidské stránce. Oslovila jsem jí, když se v rodině vyskytla nová situace, kterou bylo zapotřebí v rámci hodin řešit a paní Iva velmi profesionálně a empaticky přispěchala s pomocí. S naší fenkou, která má již vzhledem k věku spoustu zdravotních specifik, si velmi dobře rozumí a diky svému lidskému přístupu si velmi rychle získala naší plnou důvěru.
