Dear parents,
My name is Denisa, and I’ve been caring for children for over 7 years – it’s not just my job, it’s my passion. I hold a degree in Social Pedagogy with a specialization in Special Education, and for the past 4 years, I’ve been working full-time as a social worker with children on the autism spectrum. I also have experience from working in a daycare group and have led a summer camp for children in foster care.
I love creating meaningful and fun activities tailored to each child’s age and interests – whether it’s arts and crafts, movement games, or quieter playtime. I don’t usually rely on television, as I believe children can be engaged in other creative ways – but of course, I always respect the preferences of the parents. I’m also used to tidying up after the kids and am happy to help with small household tasks if needed.
Over the years, I’ve looked after children of various ages, sometimes even in larger groups – up to 7 children aged between 4 and 12. I understand how demanding it can be to entertain multiple children while keeping things organized and calm, which is why I charge a higher rate when caring for more than four children – to reflect the extra attention and effort involved.
Please note that my calendar is only approximate – availability depends on your location and how long it would take me to get there. I’m flexible and happy to discuss your needs individually. Late-night care is also not a problem.
