Greetings
I am a mother of two little girls, university graduate ( historien) and in the past a worked very hard. So a feel deeply with every parent who is struggling to be a great parent a long side of work. Or the once who just need to have a little bit of free time for themselves from time to time :-)
I was attending kids while i was at college and even before then, so i have experience with kids from babyes to teenagers. To improve my skills i completed the course How to be a good nanny, which was besides care focused also on all-purpose development and evolutionary of the child´s psyche. But of course now i have the first hand sklills of full time parent.
My relationship to kids is positive and luckily it seems to be mutual :-)

I don´t have a lot of free time to spare, but if what you ask for is compatible with my time possibilities I am sure we will find a solution.
