My name is Sarah, I come from Žilina (SR), where I studied at the Gymnasium of the Queen of Peace. As a caregiver I am fully committed to my job and I am aware of the responsibility that this position brings. I am patient and empathetic, which allows me to create close relationships with children. I have experience babysitting children ranging in age from toddlers to school age children. In addition, I am a student at the University of Ostrava, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Paediatric Nursing, so I am really close to children in my future profession. I am fluent in English, Slovak, Czech and I can also speak German. I am confident that I can provide comprehensive and quality care for your children, including those with special needs. I have past experience of looking after a then 11 year old boy who was a cancer patient. After a brain tumor was removed, he was immobile and plagued by a speech barrier. Over the next 3 years, I was regularly involved in his school activities, creative activities, feeding or assisting him during rehabilitation and subsequent rehabilitation in the home environment.
