About me
Jsem maminka 3 synů, kterým je už 23,20,28. 10 let jsem byla na MD a považuji to za překrasne období.Od svého věku 12i let jsem pomáhala s péčí o své synovce a neteře. 10 let jsem v mš dělala dětskou jogu. Sama jsem se vždy vzdělávala v dětské psychologii,mé vzory Prof.Matějíček, Z.Jordánová, J.Prekopová. Také jsem při mateřské dovolené vedla mateřské centrum, kde jsem hlídala novorozence.
Od roku 1999 se věnuji ženám ( vědomé početí, relaxační a meditační techniky, pomoc ženám před porodem, po porodu, v menopauze...). S dětmi velmi ráda maluji, hraji hry, čtu, zpívám, vyprávím příběhy, cvičím, jsem venku . Profesí jsem zdravotní sestra a do dubna tohoto roku jsem působila v oblasti paliativní, hospicové.
