About me

My name is Adriana, I’m from Olomouc, and I’m currently studying Social Work at university. I have several years of experience working with children, including babysitting and leading activities. For the past five years, I’ve been teaching gymnastics to children aged 5–15, and I also regularly babysit a 5-year-old for a friend. During my studies, I gained practical experience working with children with autism and those requiring more demanding care. This has taught me patience, clear communication, and how to handle even the most energetic kids. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and doing sports, so I love engaging children in fun and dynamic activities. Babysitting isn’t just a responsibility for me—it’s something I genuinely enjoy!

Během praxe v organizaci Zet-My v Olomouci jsem pracovala s dětmi a dospělými s kombinovaným a mentálním postižením a s poruchami autistického spektra. Starala jsem se o jejich potřeby, komunikovala s nimi a pomáhala jim v běžných činnostech, což mě naučilo trpělivosti, přizpůsobivosti a empatickému přístupu.
