Tereza Š.

Hi, my name is Tereza. I graduated from a secondary pedagogical school in Mladá Boleslav, specializing in preschool and extracurricular pedagogy. Recently, I successfully completed my university studies and earned a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogical Studies. While I focus on various areas of pedagogy, my primary interest lies in non-formal education.

I have extensive experience working with children. My background includes practical training in kindergartens, as well as in several diverse leisure centers, youth clubs, and similar institutions. I have designed and implemented numerous programs in settings such as an eco-center (as I have a strong connection to nature), after-school care, and both Montessori schools and kindergartens.

During my studies and within my Bachelor's thesis, I focused on the motivational factors and overall motivation of educators in non-formal education. Through this work, I gained valuable practical experience in supporting the motivation of adult professionals. I would like to continue developing in this field, as the topic of motivation is deeply important and fascinating to me.

I base my work on an individual and respectful approach, striving to be more of a partner and guide for both children and adults. I enjoy experimenting and creating authentic experiences from which participants can draw real-world skills. I always do things to the best of my ability. I am responsible, meticulous, and patient.
