Eva T.

My name is Eva, and I recently completed my Bachelor's degree in Biology with a focus on Education and Health Education at the Faculty of Education, University of West Bohemia. I am currently continuing my studies in the follow-up Master's program at Charles University. I have been working with children since my childhood – I have been involved in scouting since I was eight, which allowed me to gain experience leading groups of different ages. Since the age of 12, I have actively participated in leading scout groups: for two years, I assisted the youngest Benjamins (ages 3–6), a group I have recently started helping again after a few years; one year with the Brownies (ages 6–11); and from ages 14 to 17, I led my own scout group (ages 11–15). I also have a sister who is 15 years younger than me, and we get along very well.
Thanks to this long-term experience, I get along well with children of all ages – I can help older children with their schoolwork, and with the youngest, I enjoy playing outside or doing creative activities at home. I have plenty of ideas from my scouting experience to keep children engaged and motivated.
