My name is Zuzana. I graduated from a Secondary Technical School, specializing in Chemical Operator and Laboratory Technician. I am currently working as a Customer Service Manager for a language school.

I have a strong connection with children and extensive experience in childcare. I occasionally babysit for family, neighbors, and friends whenever they need help. I’ve also assisted a friend in a kindergarten, where I helped teach children how to cook and supported various daily activities.

Children love being around me, and I connect with them easily. With younger kids, I enjoy spending time on the playground, playing and going for walks. With older children, I help develop their interests, play educational and social games, and encourage their creativity. I always provide a loving, understanding, and joyful environment full of laughter and fun.

I also have 3 years of experience working as an au pair and nanny in Australia, caring for children of various ages. This experience greatly enriched me – not only in terms of language skills but also in understanding the unique needs of children and supporting them in their daily routines within a family setting.
