Díky studiu sociální práce mám dobrý přehled o dětském vývoji, komunikaci i o tom, jak děti podporovat v různých situacích. Tyto znalosti mi pomáhají lépe chápat jejich potřeby a reagovat na ně s respektem.
Zkušenosti jsem získal při práci ve školce i na dětských táborech, kde jsem působil jako vedoucí. Práce s dětmi mě naučila trpělivosti, spolehlivosti a schopnosti zvládat i nečekané situace v klidu. Zároveň mě baví vymýšlet aktivity, které děti zaujmou a něco jim přinesou – ať už jde o hry, tvoření nebo pobyt venku.
