Since I own a large, furry dog, daily cleaning is nothing new to me, and for that reason, I like to disinfect and clean things thoroughly—otherwise, my upbringing wouldn’t allow it :D I grew up with a perfectionist mom who always kept the place tidy: she vacuumed every day, mopped every other day, kept the same bedding on for no more than a week, and on weekends there was always a big cleanup of the entire apartment—and later, the whole house. Maybe that’s why one of my first part-time jobs was cleaning offices. I really enjoy cleaning because you can see the results right away, and on top of that, everything smells wonderful—and I’m very sensitive when it comes to different smells. If you’re interested, I also own a portable steam cleaner, which is great for cleaning—whether you’re like me and prefer disinfected floors and surfaces in general, or if you simply don’t like chemical cleaning products.
