She is efficient, reliable, pedant, careful and thorough in cleaning, with a very nice, approachable character. My dog loves her and I am confident when two of them are together. I can rely on her that the dog will be fed and groomed when necessary. Her english is impeccable, which for me as a foreigner is an extra plus.
