I grew up around animals from a young age. As a kid, we had a kennel of French bulldogs. At home I have a Devon Rex cat and an older female Japanchin
I have personal experience with pet sitting.
I have no problem watching a pet overnight. I'm happy to look after both a dog and a cat or even a smaller rodent.

Due to my small size I can't handle large breeds of dogs (Bernese Mountain Dog, Bernard etc...)
