About Me:
I'm Catalina, a experienced pettsitter.
In Chile I share my apartment with my best friend, Macarena. Together, we care for Sisu, an 8-month-old Pitbull, taking her for walks, feeding her, and even vacationing with her. Additionally, I have a hedgehog named Pochi, looked after by my mom while I'm away. At my mom's house, there's Lulu, a 6-year-old Maltese, with whom I share cozy sleeping moments whenever I visit.

Since childhood, I've been accustomed to having dogs at home, with Akiro, an Akita Inu, being my first and loyal pet who accompanied me for over 15 years. Alongside him, we shared our home with Junior, a Labrador who, unfortunately, passed away due to a tumor but was an essential part of my family's life and a companion to Akiro for nearly 10 years. Caring for and sharing moments with these furry companions has left a profound mark on my love and commitment to animals.

I have previous experience in pet care and home maintenance, demonstrating reliability and dedication in every task I undertake. Additionally, I've expanded my experience through the TrustedHousesitters app, where I've looked after houses and dogs in various countries. When meeting a supervised dog (or cat), I would like to learn more about their temperament, energy level, and any special needs they may have. I don't have specific breed restrictions, but I'm interested in any relevant information about the dog's behavior to ensure I can handle it properly. Regarding the dog's habits, I'm interested in their feeding routine, walking schedule, and any other activities important for their well-being. Additionally, it's helpful to know if the dog gets along with other dogs so I can plan safe and comfortable interactions.
